Journal Titles

Articles relating to gambling are often published in academic journals -- see examples below. 

It is useful to be aware that gambling research tends to appear in a wide variety of journals due to the interdisciplinary nature of the subject. Thus, journal indexes are also useful tools to use when searching for articles.

  • Asian Journal of Gambling Issues and Public Health (AJGIPH)
    This journal is the first academic English journal for Asian communities on gambling issues and is an international peer-reviewed interdisciplinary journal published once a year by the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine Press (Volumes 1-2).  Starting with Volume 3, it became a SpringerOpen Journal published online only.
